Not just the psyche abbreviateting behind the wheel but the other people brainish around them too. When you drink your senses a re dull and youre not as sharp as you would be normally. So say someone is drunk and driving and a secondary kid runs into the road after their basketball, since the drivers senses are weakened by the alcohol they are less apt(predicate) to stop on epoch and they may end up killing that child.
